Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher to join our team in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in alignment with the IB curriculum (MYP and DP).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Uphold the school’s values and commitment to excellence in education.
Qualifications
- A recognized teaching qualification or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably within the IB curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Fluency in English (teaching language).
