Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teacher to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality education within the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum framework. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in alignment with the IB curriculum (MYP and DP).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Uphold the school’s values and commitment to excellence in education.

Qualifications

  • A recognized teaching qualification or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably within the IB curriculum.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Fluency in English (teaching language).
