The Role
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will hold ultimate responsibility for the school’s strategic direction, financial health, and academic integrity. You will lead with empathy and decisiveness, fostering an environment of innovation while ensuring compliance with international accreditation standards. Your role is to be the face of the school, embodying its values and driving its mission across the wider community.
Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision: Design and execute multi-year school development plans.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, accreditation (CIS/NEASC/COBIS), and local regulatory adherence.

Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop high-caliber international faculty.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Education or Business Administration (NPQH or equivalent leadership qualification highly preferred).

Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in a high-performing international or independent school.

Global Acumen: Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and experience navigating diverse political and social landscapes.
