Leadership

We understand that finding the right school for a leadership position is an important decision. The process can sometimes feel long and complex, which is why Eight Global is committed to providing you with the best possible service.

We work with you to identify the important aspects of your search requirement and explore different avenues as a team. We then support you through the process and arrange interviews and visits with the school. As we partner with schools that offer an array of curricula including UK, Cambridge, US and IB we can provide our candidates with choice.

We’ll provide you with support and guidance throughout the process, so you can focus on what you do best: leading!

Many teachers are unsure of where to start when looking for an international teaching position. Eight Global can help you find the right school and location for your next adventure.
We take the time to understand your needs and goals, and work with you to find a school that is a good fit for you. We also help you with the location search and interview process, and we provide support throughout your journey.

Once we match you with a school, we’ll be there to support you through the lead-up to your post. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible so that you have the best tools to succeed in your new role.
