Once you are assigned to one of our consultants, they will talk you through the international school process based on your preference in location and your availability to start.
We normally would speak to you about your needs and advise you on the best way to move forward with your international journey.
Whilst naturally the bulk of roles will start at the beginning of the academic year, we have vacancies throughout and would encourage you to apply for roles whenever you are ready to start your search!
Based on your conversation with your consultant, Eight Global are able to apply for roles on your behalf unless explicitly asked otherwise. This means that we are able to get your CV in front of the right people as quickly as possible and fast-track your candidacy for the position at hand.
We will respect your wishes if you would prefer us not to do so.
Due to the volume of applicants for each position, we are not always able to provide individual feedback to each candidate who applies.
We will endeavour to inform you if you have been successful in your application within 5 working days unless stated otherwise on the job description.

We use a variety of avenues based on the complexity of the position needed. This consists of our carefully curated database, job boards, headhunting and canvassing.
We will then organise an initial call with the candidate in question to ensure that the individual is available and the right “fit” for your school.

We also use a dedicated vetting and screening team who are able to obtain any additional information you require such as Police Checks, References and Qualifications to satisfy any safeguarding needs.
We offer a one-time fee model that can be sent over to you upon request.
